• The simplier the better. An all black with no LEDs is cool for me.

• Yes. Win10 at least.

• I tried to investigate PowerBI at a point last year and the performance of PowerBI desktop was awful for some reason, but I can't say if it has something to do with my PC. It's important for me to have the capability to work with that and similar tools in the near future.
