I've built my very first PC two months ago and decided to go for a RTX 2060, expecting to be fine with its graphic power at 1080p. Now I've become very passionate about PC gaming and my friend 'forced' me to buy the same monitor as him for very little money, which is a 4K Monitor and daaamn I do not want to go back to 1080p, 4K is just too good. I am quite sensitive to resolution and can tell if a picture is 1080p, 1440p or 4k. I got a new Job and do have enough money to upgrade. In order to play 60 FPS which is REALLY enough FPS for me since I mostly play party or singleplayer games, I want to upgrade to at least a 3070 (or might a 3060TI be enough?). I want at least medium-high settings.
Now I am unsure... Should I buy a 3070 now, especially since there's Black Friday, or should I wait until 4060 arrives because DLSS3 is the absolute game changer? I fear that the difference between 3070 and 4060 will be quite small but the average price of 40 series is much, much higher.
I'd be glad for your advice, thanks!
