I'm based in the US and am looking to finally get my first PC. My budget is $1000 but if I can get more for what I want to do then I can do an extra $200.

I'm looking to use this PC primarily for gaming, but I also want to start streaming. I only have a 1080p 60hz monitor at the moment, but I was looking to buy a 1440p 144hz if I had the remaining funds. Worst case scenario I can save for a new screen for March or something. (That's a question I have too, would this build be strong enough for 1440p or would it be better to get a 1080p 144hz screen for this build?)

I watched some youtube vids and a lot of people said that NVIDIA is better for streaming and I saw that the RTX 3060 Ti was comparable to the RX 6700 XT. Would the AMD card be better in this case?

Thank you so much for helping me out! I'm hoping to buy this ASAP since I don't know how long the deal will last on the GPU.
