Could I build my own laptop and save money on a good rig?
Post Body

I am a college student and I'm kinda panicking because the laptop I would use for class is now destroyed and I need to get a new one. I only have 300$-600$. I need to save as much money as possible while still getting a laptop with a long battery life and one that can play Diablo 3 or any other new game with higher end graphics. I don't really need to play at higher settings because this laptop will be mainly for school but i need a laptop that could give me the option of gaming if I choose to use it. I only get a new laptop/desktop once every 2-5 years so I need this one to be good. Also it needs to fairly portable.

So is it possible to make my a laptop that can do this or would I be better off buying one that is already put together.
