X3 iCUE SP140 RGB ELITE Performance 140mm White PWM Fan going to return the Ram and upgrade, budget is around 4-4.5k , was thinking of grabbing a 4090 as I’m a big graphics guy,will mainly be used for gaming and some photo/video editing, also grabbing an i9-13900kf and I think it was the z790 mother board
