Intended use for this build:

Design/art work mostly using Adobe Illustrator and photoshop along with Valorant and other titles at 1080p. I'd like to occasionally stream art and some Valorant here and now. I'm used to playing games at 30fps so getting 60 would be amazing for me lol. I've been using a Surface from 2014 for all my professional work and gaming so any upgrade is good.

buying a factory refurbished board and probably will go with a used GPU to save a little money for that 32gb ram

I'm mostly concerned with the streaming aspect as I've been designing with super old hardware so I'm pretty patient but I'm at the point where every project crashes 2-3 times in illustrator these days. I've also never built a PC before but have always wanted to and now finally have a reliable source of income.
