Wanting to Upgrade my 2 Year old PC

Post Body
I wanted to know what improvements could be made for my current PC. I mostly use it for gaming. It also has a elgato 4k60 Pro for when I'm trying to play a console game without switching screens. I wanted to know if I should upgrade to the newest cpu/gpu that are coming out. I do plan on increase my storage since its been a constant issue driving bonkers.
