[Build Complete][Troubleshooting] Finished building it, but I am getting blue-screened while playing.

After building it everything was running smooth. I launched Diablo 3 and played for hours with no problems. Eventually the computer completely froze requiring a hard-reboot. Other times I have received the blue-screen-of-death. This doesn't occur regularly, so it is difficult to reproduce it, but it only happens while playing either Skyrim or Diablo 3. I need help locating the problem.
