Need help on deciding PC upgrade so it doesn't run like a toaster

Okay to start this off, I'm an idiot when it comes to computers and brought this prebuilt a few years ago and i was wondering what upgrade/s do you think would make a game like farming simulator 2019 playable on mid to high graphics settings, any feedback would be appreciated. after a small amount of research, i think ill need a better ram but i don't know what beyond that
