Game hitching at a constant rate

I know this isn’t about building I’m just hoping I can fix this before I go to work because I hate problems, so in L4D2 my game is just nonstop frame lagging at a very constant rate. Like. Boop.. boop.. Boop. Some of them are worse than others, I tried a lot of things already and I can’t find the problem. My hardware def isn’t the issue I have a 3080 and 12700k. It just started today and it’s so annoying. Plz help if you can :( thank you
