Looking to build around a i7 12700k!

I got a rtx 3080 recently and the prebuilt I’m working with has a i7 9700kf that’s not keeping up, unknown ram sticks and a motherboard that has a 2666 ram speed limit. I’m willing to upgrade all of it tbh. I just need help.
I’m looking to upgrade to a 12700k or kf idk. Please recommend other cpus if you think I could do better.
If anyone can recommend either motherboards, new ram sticks, ssd’s, that would be amazing 🥺 best bang for buck sort, I’m not rich.
