Replacing my CPU

Post Body

I currently have an i3-8100, Gtx 1060-6gb, and 24gb of DDR4 Ram. My Cpu is pretty outdated so Iā€™m looking for a new one. But the issue is my motherboard (Asrock B360 Pro4), is very restricting. No K-chip support, LGA 1151 and only supports up to 9th gen. Do I just deal with my motherboard and replace my CPU or do I replace both? If so any recommendations? My budget is around $300-$400. Also, I would prefer an Intel CPU. Thank you in advance.
