Which build do I go for?

Im really struggling to pick which build to go for. The only difference is 1 has a 3080ti and 1 has a 3080, obviously I'd rather pick the 3080 build cause its cheaper but the 3080ti build is obviously more powerful and will last me much longer than the 3080 build. So should I spend the extra cash and go for the 3080ti build or will the 3080 be plenty for the next 5-6 years. I plan on playing at 1440p 120hz mostly gaming and a bit of streaming. Please keep in mind I'm in Australia as well for parts cost.
