Motherboard and aio rgb not working, help please.

So I noticed last night that the rgb for my Asus x570 Strix e and my ek 360 aio is no longer working after start up. When the pc isn’t on but my psu is still on, the rgb is on so I know it works, and while I’m running my pc I am using hw monitor to continually check my cpu temps and those are fine so I know the aio itself is working. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what was the solution.
