Newly Built, Some Problems?

Hello! I just built a pc by myself with an ASUS prime b550-plus and an EVGA 3070Ti. But I've noticed how yhe display will get a grey tint sometimes and turn the taskbar and make the trim light grey. It happens a lot when I open up control panel and I was hopimg if someone knew what was wrong with it, if anything?
Also I included the mobo because I don't know if it has bluetooth compatibility. I was trying to connect my wqcom but was unsure if I was missing a driver. Thanks in advance!!
