(GPU) Palit KalmX the best choice or is there an alternative I'm not aware of?

So I've been looking into upgrading the major components of my PC and was just surprised that there's a card like a KalmX - more precisely the KalmX 1650.
It probably ticks all the boxes I'm into - passively cooled, superb port selection and just enough power for casual gaming with emulators.
The use scenario will be a Pop_OS machine and I'm open to alternatives and suggestions if there are similar cards out there that I haven't heard about.
