[2][Build Help] Deciding on an (affordable) 27" Monitor

My current monitor is dying (the backlight flickers when I power it on; takes around 20 minutes to stop doing that) and I decided I'd like a larger screen than my current 22" 16x10 display.

I'm currently debating between two options that are on sale at NCIX (Canadian). For the most part the specs seem pretty similar.

Samsung S27A350H: I was initially leaning towards this one as I've traditionally purchased Samsung monitors and been happy with them (my current monitor lasted around 5-6 years iirc.) The downside that I see to this monitor is that is has to DVI port (VGA or HDMI only) and no speakers (which is hardly a downside at all, as I would only use them if I hooked my PS3 up to it one day... which honestly seems unlikely to happen.)

BenQ GL2750HM: Had a DVI port and speakers, but I'm not really familiar with BenQ monitors.

Has any one used either of these models, or can you suggest which brand is likely better to go with? (or other pros/cons that I missed)

Thanks for your help!

(Also, I really want a 27" monitor. I realize I could get a 24" with the same resolution which would likely look sharper, but I'm willing to sacrifice that for the larger display size.)

And apparently I messed up on the tag, since the [2] beside the [Build Help] on the 'how to do proper tags' thing must be added by RES and I'm dumb, thanks!
