Carry Display Port, Audio and USB signal in one cable?

Post Body

I have a server that is running my Win10 VM and I want to move the machine to the basement under the room it's in now for noise reasons.

I need to carry the DP, Audio and USB signals to my flat above but I don't want to run 3 cables. Is there a solution like USB-C or Thunderbolt to get this to work? I don't have native thunderbolt but a USB-C 3.1 port available.

Thanks.
