Suggestions on cleaning RAM modules?

So I've been buying my computer parts slowly over the months and I recently bought some RAM modules and was super pumped. So obviously in my excitement I open up the packaging and look at the RAM, and I apparently wasn't careful enough as I managed to smudge the metal cover and I can't get it off with a microfiber cloth by itself.
I'm thinking of using IPA, but I'm not too sure what percentage I should be looking at. If you guys have any suggestions, it'd be massively appreciated.
