My 2080 ti is less than 9months old and it's fans are having issues where as the graphics card gets hot, the fans start making a grinding noise while it's running (very faint but noticeable). It's more noticeable when you shut the pc down or turn back on that you hear the fans start up and they really grind.

Asus wants to send me a refurbished but I'm pissed cause I don't want a refurbished one that's potentially older and may or may not have had worse problems prior to being refurbished.

I'd rather just slap a better cooler on.

Note: I cannot do a water block and custom loop cooling. That is not an option. I need air or an AIO. Issue I've ready is that many of these don't fits 2080 ti's well because they don't cover some of the components on the card.
