Pc wont turn on but ram lights up

I bought a new psu, mobo, and aio for christmas, my old cpu wont work in my new mobo so I bought a ryzen 7 3800x and it finally arrived today so I put it in and when I flipped my power switch on my psu the lights quickly go on and off once on my mobo, aorus b550 pro ac, for some reason my ram lights come on but my system is completely off it seems, no lights aside from the ram and no fans turn on either, I'm so sick of not having my PC. Any help is appreciated.
