Hi! I resorted to this post after weeks of not being able to troubleshoot myself. I used to be able to stream Call of Duty Cold War with this system at 120-150 fps, lately its been having MASSIVE drops at like 3-15 fps while streaming... This not an issue when just gaming, but streaming has become impossible. Upon further inspection, opening hardware monitor and task manager, it runs at 100 fps when CPU usage is at 90% . however, at random it goes down to 30-40% CPU usage, and the game fps drops down to 3-15fps. I haven't messed with any of my OBS settings before these random drops, so I know that can't be the cause of it. Temps seem relatively safe, at around 65-70 degrees under load, so it can't be thermal throttling... please help!
