When I built my pc, I first got a "No Signal" from my monitor and later resolved that it was the new RAM since my old RAM got the computer to work fine. If you are having the same issue, I updated my BIOS version and before I put in the new RAM I turned off the PC, unplugged and turned off the PSU, then cleared the CMOS with a jumper cap. I only stuck one stick in first just to be safe. Another thing I see a lot of people asking is what software can be used for the RGB and so far I know MSI Dragon Center has a DRAM section in Mystic Light.
