Neptwin V2, vs nhd15 or any other high end cooler

Hello! I currently have an i5 9600k with a neptwin v2 cooler, oc'ed to 5ghz @ ~1.15-1.2V. idle temps sit around 45-50 degrees, but under load it can get to around 72 degrees.
Two questions:
Is this safe? do I have to worry about it throttling my GPU?
Would an nhd15 or any other large air cooler be worth the upgrade? I do not care about the noise levels either, just about longevity.
