I’m new to building pcs, I wanna do it, advice?

So I’ve been using my old laptop for games and it recently shat itself, so I’m in the market. My budget is 700-800$. Ive found/watched a few videos on YouTube but of course I’m no expert at all. I was wondering if anyone knows of any good builds I could follow, like plans? Or have any general advice for me? Any is appreciated!!
