M.2 2280 vs 22100 Differences

Post Body

I'm thinking about getting another M.2 drive for my Asus B450-F motherboard. I already used the first M.2 slot with an Intel 660p 2TB drive and am thinking about getting a XPG SX8200 M.2 2TB to replace my 120GB SSD. However, I'm open to other brands and suggestions, as long as it has a good TBW longevity.

My remaining slot allows for multiple M.2 sizes but I wanted to know is there a difference in terms of efficiency regarding 2280 vs 22100 other than heat spread?

If it helps, this is my parts list so far. I will be getting another 32GB of RAM since this PC is used for both gaming and audio production.
