So I would like to edit video and record gameplay and other online aspects for streaming, I would like to be able to play the new game titles at high or better quality at full frame rates. I would like to be able to use auto Cad and revit while maybe watching a movie or something on a second or third monitor. I don't care much about the case.

I have built computers before so I know how the majority of the parts go together. The big aspect I don't know is new tec and compatibility. I've been reading and feel like its a little over my head now. I see mother boards are optimized for graphics cards now and only work well with particular ram. Anyone have any suggestions for an under $1200-1500 set build for optimizing cyberpunk 2077 and building skyscrapers in Revit, all while streaming the content?
