Gaming and school work. Although mostly gaming. There is no video editing/photoshop happening. For games: I'm looking to play COD (Warzone and the newly announced Cold War), valorant, CS:GO and games like those. Also like to play modded minecraft and want to try many other games.

Just want to be sure there's nothing super obvious I missed. I'm going to start ordering parts this week. I'm aware the 3070 doesn't come out for another month. I'm going to buy a cheap second hand GPU while I wait. I plan on using the 5 pack of case fans to replace the stock fans in the case and also fill out the fan slots (3 front, 1 back). Also, the monitor is excluded from the budget.
