My girlfriend has gotten into streaming and wants help building a computer.

I haven't put together a build since 2017, so I'm a little out of touch on current hardware (aside from keeping up with CPUs and GPU related news via LTT). I have a rough idea on what she needs for streaming, but I'd like some help.
RTX 2060 Super
16GB DDR4 RAM at 2000 MHZ
Ryzen 7 2700 (possibly 3700)
1TB SSD and 2 TB HDD
ATX sized case (that can fit 2-3 fans)
650W PSU
Motherboard that can support 7 USB ports and potentially a wifi/bluetooth card.
