Help request to identify a problem (I suspect it is my motherboard)
Post Body

I built my PC about 2 years ago and have had no major issues until now. I stopped being able to boot into Linux (I was dual booting with Linux Mint and Windows), the computer doesn’t completely shutdown unless I do a hard shutdown, and the audio using the 3.5 mm jack no longer works. Windows has no problem once it boots, so I assume it’s an issue with the firmware on the motherboard. I tried flashing new firmware, but my computer unable to read the USB drive at the UEFI screen.

I have an MSI Gaming Plus B360 that I assume I’ll have to replace, but I’m hoping to get any additional advice/ideas. Thanks!
