CPU/MOBO combo for 3070 GPU

I was originally planning on getting a 3600X and MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI paired with a the MSI 5700XT Gaming X. However, I'm going to hold off for the 3070. Now I'm debating getting a 3700X and an X570 MOBO (not sure on which model. just want it to have wifi/bluetooth included).
Is it worth spending the extra money on the CPU/MOBO or should I stick with the 3600x/B550 combo? The switch to the 3700X/X570 would be ~$230 canadian
