Temporary GPU

In light of Nvidia's announcement today, I'm very inclined to wait on buying an expensive GPU. I was hoping to have my build done in a few weeks but I'm thinking now that I'll wait for the 3070. In the meantime, I'm looking for a cheaper but capable card to use. Can anyone make any recommendations?
My budget would be ~$200 Canadian and I hope to sell it once the 3070 is available.
This is my build without the GPU. I was previously looking at the 5700XT.
