Looking to upgrade my ram. Need some help.

Hi everyone. I've recently upgraded my cpu cooler and case and wanting to upgrade from 16gb of ram to 32. I have been looking at 3 different 2x16gb kits that are either 3200 14cl or 3600 16cl and kind of on the fence on which would be better cost to performance.
