I’m a little frustrated right now. Spent quite some time showing my brother how to build his new pc. We got it all put together. It starts up lights turn on. Mouse lights up for a second. And nothing. No bios, screen isn’t reading any connection at all. Mouse light which means it’s connected turns off. So the hardware is getting power and turning on but the pc won’t boot. It’s a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and B550 Aorus Elite, Corsair vengeance 3000 ram 16gb, rtx 2070, and a 2tb seagate hard drive that was in his old pc before plus a secondary 250gb ssd and a 1000w Corsair Psu. Any ideas what might be causing it? My only guess is that the bios and cpu aren’t compatible out of the box but I thought the new b550s were compatible with the 5 series.
