I have started to think about building a PC, I would really appreciate some help picking a keyboard and monitor.

I am not great with PCs and don't really know what I am doing, I looked at getting one a few years ago but didn't have the cash. I was thinking of getting a Cooler Master CM Storm Quickfire XT back then but it doesn't have a £ symbol and I have no idea about UK/US keyboards and if you can change a US to a UK or anything like that. The monitor I was looking at back then was a Acer Predator XB271HUA 27.0" 2560x1440 165 Hz Monitor, I have no idea about Hz or refresh rates and all that.
