Hey, so recently I've decided I want to build a PC. I'm a complete novice, one thing I did notice is the price of components going up. Should I wait till this prices start to go back to normal? Any idea when that might be?
Should I wait till AMD 4th gen? Are the prices reasonably when they first come out or should I wait another month or two to see if they dip?
