Upgrading CPU/MOBO/GPU, do I need to reinstall Windows?
Post Body

Hey guys, hope everyone's safe and healthy. So I'm upgrading from i5 6600k/Z170/GTX 1070 to a 3700X/X570/RTX 2070 Super setup. I have an NVMe m.2 boot drive, and a SATA ssd and hdd.

The license I'm using came from the back of a Dell business PC from my old job. They had Win8.1 Pro upgrade key stickers on them that happened to work for Win10 Pro. Now I don't know if this counts as an OEM license or not, and I have another key just in case. But theoretically, as long as I uninstall any old drivers, I should be fine right? Thanks!
