Hi guys, I have recently built my girlfriend a PC and she has been using it for 3 weeks all ok no problems, until today. Her case has 2 USB 3.0 ports on the top of her case. Both on the same board and both use 1 wire to the motherboard. The problem is that only 1 of them now works, she has been using them both over the last few weeks and hasn’t burnt one out or anything, I can’t see any visible damage or issue (I have checked the wire to the motherboard, all ok). What would cause this kind of issue? And is it fixable?
