Help with a WiFi/Blu Tooth card

I built my PC 2 years ago, long since upgraded. However, I don’t have bluetooth, or an internal WiFi card. I tried to buy one over the summer and just screwed myself because I don’t know much about the component. I bought Fenvi AC2030T, which apparently is only compatible with Intel, it didn’t say clearly enough. Well, I have a Ryzen 7 3700X. I’ve been gun shy ever since. I’m just looking for direction of what to either look for, some suggestions please.
