Advice for a mid-high end PC

Post Body

I'm currently helping a friend build his first PC,and I need some help choosing components . The max budget is 1.8 lakhs INr,which is about 2500$.

His primary interests are gaming, but he also does a lot of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and is a Computer Science student so he wants to run some heavy machine learning experiments on his PC.

The current config we decided upon is

Rtx 2080 Super, which retails at 922$ in India.

Ryzen 7 3700X, which retails for around 420$ in India.

I haven't yet decided on a Mobo, but the Asus Prime X570-P, at 246$ seems pretty good

For RAM I'm going with 16 GB of dual channel,Gskill Ripjaws 3600MHz memory, for 123$ in India.

For storage,I decided upon a Crucial M.2 1 TB SSD, for 140$ and a Samsung 860 Evo 250GB at 60$ as a boot drive.

For PSU, I'm not really sure what to get. I'm open to recommendations.

And for the case, any cheap case with good airflow is fine.

I haven't decided upon any AIO yet,if there's room in the budget then we can get one.

The total cost, without the case and PSU comes out to 1911$.

Finally, for the monitor,I chose the Samsung WQHD Curved Monitor,1440p,144Hz,1 ms response time, for around 363$. That leaves ~230$ for the PSU and case.

Any help is welcome. Thanks!!
