Advice on upgrading my current build

Post Body

It's been a "while" since I was introduced to the sub and made my first build. I'm interested in creating a new build almost entirely aside from the power supply and hard drive.

Current Build: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/JCTheGreat/saved/#view=xpnMpg

New Build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mdqHzN

I intend to use it for mostly 4K gaming/streaming (hence the new monitor), programming and school. My intended budget for the build was around 2500-3000 and am a tad bit over. Was hoping I could get some advice to lower the price by a bit such as by using a different processor, monitor, etc.

I know I could save money on the case but I feel that it's too boring and monotone.
