First PC Build. Help.

I need some help on this point.
1-I struggle to find the right motherboard. Not sure about my choice here.
2-Should I go for 5700 XT (in few weeks) or I go for a RTX 2070?
3-I wanted something white for the aesthetic but I'm not sure that matter a lot.
This PC will mostly be use to game and stream. Maybe some videos edit too. I'm in Canada.
