Looking for upgrade recommendations

Have an i5-8400, evga 1070, and 8gb ddr4 @ 2600.
Looking for a motherboard that's decently priced that will support 1151 and this. Would like some input on ram as well, going to be going to 16gb.
Would 750w bronze be enough for what's mentioned or should I also upgrade psu? (is getting old, 7 yrs)
