Is my 5V rails too high?
Post Body

Hi everyone. First time posting here, sorry if my English isn't good enough.

I've just completed my new gaming build. Done some stress testing, some gaming,... everything works fine.

But i've just notice that my motherboard reporting really high number for 5V rails: 5.844V. Here's a screenshot from HWMonitors, HWInfo64 also get the same value.

I'm running TridentZ RGB kit 3000MHz CL15, overclocked to 3200 with the same timings. If i set the speed Auto in BIOS (2133 MHz), 5V rails value is decrease, but still looks concerning: 5.339V.

Is my readings too high? What could have cause this?

Here's my complete build. Almost all components are used parts, except for the CPU and cooler:

CPU: i5 9600k (MCE 4.6GHz, 1.2V)

Cooler: Cooler Master T400i (it's pretty much a Hyper 212 LED with no support for AMD sockets)

RAM: TridentZ RGB 2x8GB 3000MHz CL15, OC'ed to 3200MHz

Motherboard: EVGA Z370 FTW

GPU: MSI GTX 1070 8G ARMOR OC

PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 550W

6 RGB case fans (5 intake 1 exhaust) - Cheap Chinese brand, i can recheck the exact name if necessary
