A huge batch of B450 Gaming Pro Carbons have just arrived at the UK's main MSI Supplier. So you will see that most UK retailers will soon be showing the B450 Gaming Pro Carbon as in stock.

I dont have a date for when the US will be getting their batch, but I would expect it to be anytime soon.
The B450 Gaming Pro Carbon is strange as its produced in batches rather in constant production, this is the reason for the really patchy availability.
The last batch came at the end of December/early January.
