Thoughts on buying a cpu cooler from china on ebay?

So I've just been browsing on eBay for CPU coolers (cooler masters) and I've seen this item come up in similar:

To be honest the cooler looks quite good with 2 fans and 6 heat pipes coming off it, however I can apparently buy it and get it sent from China cheaper than buying a cooler master so I'm just thinking there must be a catch or something? What are people's thoughts on this?
