I’ll admit I don’t know a lot about building PCs ! Ive been browsing the buildapcsales sub for deals and looking for high rated products so I’ve already started the process ! I’m looking to play AAA games on really high quality and competitive games at a really high level with good FPS!

The items I have so far are:

• The NZXT S340 Elite CASE

• i5 cpu 9600k 6-core 3.7 ghz CPU

• XPG GAMMIX D10 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) RAM

• 144 hz ASUS VG248QE 24 inch MONITOR

My main noob questions are : what motherboard / gpu would pair best with the i5 9600k cpu? I understand that there’s certain mobos that get the most out of the i5 9600k ... what are they ?

And are there any places where I can save money and find gpu/mobo bundles ? I only see cpu/mobo and as you can see I already bought mine ! :/

Is my monitor good enough for competitive gaming ?

And also! What else would I need to run vr games in high quality ? This is also important to me!
