Buying Windows in the CDless era

Hi.
I'm about to build my second PC. I'm used to installing Windows 7 with the CD but my next build doesn't have a CD Drive.
If I buy this for example : https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/wtgPxr/microsoft-os-kw900140
Does it come on a USB key? It's not specified on the website. How does it work to install Windows in the CDless era?
