Build help. First attempt at this. Trying to see if I did it right, and I have 700$ more in my budget for upgrades.

This is my first ever attempt at building a pc. After years of playing ultra low, super laggy games on facebook/work machines i bought an Alienware laptop, which really only brought me up to medium settings. Now I'm looking to build my very own gaming rig that I can finally play games for a real experience.

Thanks to Tom's Hardware and dumb luck I was able to piece together these parts that seem to accomplish what I want, but I have no knowledge to back it up/have no confidence in my choices. I also have another 700$ to work with for upgrades/changes/addons.

Thanks for the input, I can't wait to finally have a pc that I can be proud of.
