I am trying to create a do-it-all workstation that allows me to do some gaming. I intend to dual boot Linux Mint (daily driver) and Windows 10 (photo editing and gaming). I want it to have a faster processor for programming, as well as the GPU for machine/deep learning (I have only dabbled with this and never used a GPU for it). Additionally, I want to be able to run multiple virtual machines for computer security testing, which is why I want the 16 GB of RAM. On the Windows side of things, I want to have a smooth gaming experience on modern games, but I don't have high standards as far as FPS or resolution.

As this is my first build (and first non-laptop), I would love any feedback. My budget is around the $1250, but I could go $100-200 higher if necessary.
